AA attends 2,500 breakdowns overnight

Unfortunately although people do know that this sort of weather is just about the worst that you can go out and travel in. Because it is Christmas time, people have very little choice. People want to be with their families and will do almost anything to get to be with them. Luckily I do not have to travel, but I know that if I did, I would always brave the weather in the hope that we all could be together at this special time of year. I do feel for the rescue men though as they have very little choice about going out at this time of year in all of this bad weather too. Hope they don't get too stuck.

the weather is terrible but before starting out people should make sure the car is ready for the journey and bad weather.
