They used to say that if you were so overweight that they called you obese then you were in great danger of dying early. Now they are saying it is worse than they first thought. Please tell me what exactly is worse than dying. We know this, we do not need scientists to tell us what we already know. What we do need is for people to help obese people to lose the weight. In a lot of cases it is simply
a case of going on a diet and losing the weight. Look at what you are eating, the amount and the content and also taking exercise too. But for some people it is not that simple. medical conditions mean they need more help.
