I really can't believe that there has been quite so much snow, We are lucky here in the West Midlands as although we have had snow and icey conditions, looking at the news it seems that we have got off quite lightly really. On my journey to work this morning we saw four accidents. The police were at one of these as there were five cars involved, although it did not seem too major. It probably looked alot worse than it was because of the number of cars involved. The roads also had not been gritted as gritter lorries were stuck and were therefore unable to get out to grit. Main roads not too bad but side roads, dearie me !
